I used Jing, a free screen capture tool, to create a brief tutorial for Xtranormal. Jing restricts the capture videos to 5 minutes in length. The resulting files can be relatively large flash files. Jing allows you to save your videos or host them on their sharing service, Screencast.com. A free account at Screencast provides 2 G of storage space and 2G bandwidth monthly.
